Our profile
We’ve a great expertise in software design and architecture. We devote the most of our consulting time to this task.
We do education in classroom but mainly online (here’s our Catalog). The subjects of our own courses covers the programming languages, mainly Java, and software architecture.
Since 2013 we’ve capitalised the two experiences as software developers and as trainers for the purpose of developing multimedia contents and online courses.
We use our competence to help companies to solve their complex problems (processes, logistics, safety…) that need a bit of training.

We play as a tight team joined together by curiosity, by will of learning and experimenting and by passion for chocolate, that’s always available in our office!
Our team is a mix of different flavours, of competences that complement each other: we are software developer, designer, video maker, copywriter, creative people. And if we need some more competencies we have a network of trusted partners we collaborate with.

Massimo Scali
Massimo is our captain and the Ardea founder. He’s a free spirit, so, after a short experience as employee, he decided to do by himself and to become an entrepreneur.
Sole administrator of Ardea, Massimo deals with all the planning and innovation in the company. He’s a software engineering trainer and consultant and can even make time to test new e-learning tools.
Active and unresting, our boss is undaunted, methodical, demanding. He clings to his ideas but is open to debate with us. And he even changes his mind. Sometimes.
He’s a mechanical engineer with strong relational, workgroup and management skills. Experienced in programming languages, software development, systems design, Massimo is a much wanted teacher.
Paola Tettamanti
Paola is our copywriter: all the writings about the corporate image are written by her pen.
She assists Massimo in e-learning training design: taking graphic decisions, adjusting the interaction amount and selecting the contents are tasks that Paola performs with confidence owned by who knows what works and what doesn’t work.
Humanist as background and heart, she really have a vocation for theoretical speculation. Her contribution to the debate is critical: among the many – too many! – things she says we can always find a few are good.
She took the degree in Italian language and literature, has a good teaching experience and a lot of practice as copy editor, she is specialised in new media communication.
Gabriele Corda
Gabriele has always been second in command in our team. When we think of software development he’s our point person.
Expert analyst and developer, he loves his job, mainly the creative side. Gabriele has the method, the firmness and the practical sense of one who works to goals and doesn’t give up until the goal is not reached, doing always everything to perfection.
He owns the resilience needed when the work is distributed among few persons: he supports the company demands moving with mythical ease from the development to the classroom to consultancy.
He took the degree in computer science, he’s also specialised as agile developer and expert on Java technologies.
Valeria Schena
Valeria is the administrative assistant. She deals with Ardea accounting system and works thoroughly so that no mistake can ever happen.
Her calm and thoughtful skills are essential when the frantic tasks or an upcoming deadline looms us.
She is analyst and accountant and have been nurturing her administrative skills for several years.
